On the occasion of International Women’s Day, on March 8th, the Sumud Story House women’s group gathered on Monday 7th of March 2022 at the Sumud Story House. The meeting was about the International Women’s Day and its importance. An expressive activity was done with the women aimed at highlighting the role of each woman in her home and in her community.
Furthermore, some women narrated their life stories and experiences in overcoming difficulties and forming themselves. In the end, the Bethlehem Sumud Choir group rehearsed on some songs in preparation for their participation in the upcoming Lettuce Festival.
