On Wednesday, 10th of November 2021, the Arab Educational Institute/ Bethlehem, represented by its Director, Ms. Rania Murra, and the Wall Information Center Coordinator, Mrs. Claudette Mubarak, participated in a workshop on the draft of the Palestinian law to protect the family from violence, which was held by the Bethlehem governorate in partnership with the Women’s Center for legal and social Counseling (WCLAC). The meeting was headed by Ms. Scarlett Bishara, a lawyer specializing in women’s issues in ecclesiastical courts, and Mrs. Rawan Aboud, a lawyer at the Women’s Center for Legal and Social Counseling. Many civil society institutions which work in the field of legal, social and health issues of violence, participated in this meeting.
