On Saturday, 26th of August 2023, the Arab Educational Institute /Pax Christie Bethlehem held an evaluation and networking meeting for the participating institutions in the project “Young Palestinian Women Conducting Advocacy for Civil Peace”, which is funded by Misereor.
This encounter aimed at evaluating the activities and trainings that were implemented during the first year of the project, which included a set of needs studies and research, capacity building and empowerment training, in addition to lobbying and advocacy training for the six participating civil society organizations in Bethlehem and Hebron areas.
All of the above were evaluated through a questionnaire that was prepared in advance. In addition to that, the participating institutions were divided into focus groups and the initial plans for the campaigns for each institution were discussed in which will be implemented over the next two years.
