A Day at Cremisan Monastery: A Reflection in Nature

Yesterday, Monday 27th of September, the Sumud Story House women’s group had a trip to Cremisan Monastery Garden – Beit Jala. Mrs. Sandrine Hilal – Director of the “Psychology Alyawm” Institute held a mediation session entitled “Tolerance unchain me from anger ” as part of a series of psychological meetings.

The women expressed themselves by sharing their life testimonies about tolerance and how did this affect their lives. The meeting aimed at highlighting the idea that “we are an outcome of what we think off”. The trip also included sharing food, singing together, walk and talk activity, playing Bingo, and enjoying the beautiful nature there.
